Dr. Puneet Sharma, Associate Professor in School of Physics & Materials Science, joined Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology as an Assistant Professor in 2008. He has completed his Ph.D. from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, Patiala in 2004 and thereafter joined State University of Maringa, Brazil as a Postdoctoral fellow in 2005. He has joined, Department ofPhysics, National Taiwan University, Taiwan as a postdoctoral fellow and worked for 2 years. He has more than 40 research publications in reputed International journals. He has got several research projects and has guided 4 Ph.D. students and several are pursuing in his research group.
